THE CAVE TRIATHLON
The Cave Triathlon takes place at the Albert Canal in Kanne, just 6 kilometers from Maastricht. Thanks to the spectacular course, the passages through the unique Caves of Kanne, the climb up the Slingerberg, and the vibrant finish zone, this is one of the most atmospheric triathlons in the Benelux.

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE
The marl quarry of Kanne is one of the most beautiful and original limestone quarries, with a total system of tunnels spanning no less than 16 kilometers. It is a pristine and original underground landscape with high passages, locally over 8 meters high. From 2024, we are working closely with the non-profit organization so that our runners get to experience a passage of no less than 600m per lap through the caves, passing the prehistoric mosasaur, among other things. Enjoy the silence (spectators not allowed in the caves) and the coolness (12°).
